Public Transportation
The Provinciehuis is within walking distance of Leuven's train and bus station. If you walk out of the station, turn left on Roger Van Overstraetenplein.
Using GPS?
Attention: sometimes older GPS software does not recognize the address "Provincieplein". In that case, enter "Tiensevest - intersection with Justus Lipsiusstraat" as the street name.
A peculiar road infrastructure
When approaching the Provinciehuis, select the right lane and continue driving, towards the station, until the end. Then carefully turn right and drive at walking pace, respecting pedestrians and cyclists crossing your path here, under the pedestrian bridge (Roger Van Overstraetenplein) until you reach the railroad tracks (on a parallel road of the Tiensevest). Now turn right and continue your trip along the tracks until the very end of the parallel road, towards the Provinciehuis.
Where to park?
You can use the Visitors Parking at level -2 during the event. We do not provide concessions for a parking ticket, this is also not included in the ticket price. If the parking is full, you may use Parking De Bond at walking distance.

How can I become an exhibitor?

Is my ticket refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you can always transfer your ticket over to a colleague or a friend. If you do so, please let us know in advance by e-mailing to events@leuvenmindgate.be
What do you mean with ‘hardware’?
A hardware product refers to every physical product, often involving electronics and/or mechanics. The development of such a product is very different from for example software products, with specific challenges. Hardware Unlocked aims to bring the community of hardware entrepreneurs together to share lessons learned and lift the hardware companies in Belgium to the next level.
Is the location wheelchair accessible?
